-- 積累農業(yè)生產操作與實踐鍛煉經驗，學習高端農業(yè)管理技術及體系；

-- 協(xié)助外國專家進行項目管理；

任職資格：Qualification:
-- 研究生或準研究生及以上，植保、園藝園林或農學與生物科技等相關專業(yè)。
- master degree or above, major in plant protection, horticulture & gardening or agronomy, biotechnology;
-- 對柑橘、蔬菜或藍莓等項目有一定研究；
- have some research on citrus, vegetable or blueberry;

職位描述： job description 
--Duties will include but will not be limited to: 
--研究鑒別會造成經濟損失的雜草、昆蟲及微生物病害，制定并實施監(jiān)測這些病蟲害的方法。
---Research and identify weed, insect and disease pests of economic concern, develop and perform monitoring methods for identified pests.
---明了并得出各種病蟲害可能造成的經濟損失閥值，制定干涉（控制）策略，撰寫書面病蟲害防控措施。
---Develop and understand economic thresholds for all pests, develop intervention (control) strategies for economic pests, make written recommendations for pest control measures, 
 ---指導農民正確施用藥劑、監(jiān)督藥劑使用過程、檢測并記錄防控措施的有效性。
---instruct farmers on proper application methods, supervise application processes, monitor and document control measures effectiveness, 
 ---提交所有病蟲害綜合防治過程的中英雙語報告，在作物收獲后對病蟲害防治措施進行評估，對下一年（季）病蟲害防治措施的提高及改善提出建議
---maintain records of all IPM program activities in Chinese and English, conduct post harvest evaluation of program and make recommendations for changes and improvements to program for the following year.
任職資格：Qualification
--專業(yè)的農業(yè)植物保護或病蟲害防治教育背景
--Strong background and experience in crop pests:
--植物病蟲害防治領域經驗，有黃桃病蟲害防治經驗優(yōu)先；
--working experience on Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is required, and peach pest control experience preferred.
--良好的英文聽說讀寫能力
--English speaking, reading and writing required
--熟練的辦公技能
